Insurance Deadlines Are Approaching Fast!

It has been almost a year since Minnesota was hit with several damaging hail storms. Iron River Construction has learned that many homeowners have chosen to wait to fix the damage to their homes. Unfortunately many are unaware that most insurance companies have a deadline (typically one year from the date of the storm) to recover the costs associated with the repair to their home. In most instances, insurance companies do not allow enough money to for repairs in their settlements. Iron River Field Reps are experienced in negotiating with insurance companies to help our customers receive a fair and equitable settlement for their damages. Without an advocate, the homeowner may be left holding the bag for any additional costs over and above the initial insurance settlement.
