The US Bobsled and Skeleton Federation celebrated it’s successful 2008-2009 season during national team camp in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Matt was honored with three awards-the Men’s Skeleton Athlete of the Year, Men’s Skeleton Athletes’ Choice and the Skeleton Rookie of the Year. Antoine shocked the international Field by claiming Bronze on the daunting 2010 Olympic course in Whistler, in his first ever World Cup competition. Antoine moved up to the World Cup circuit after winning Gold in the Lake Placid Intercontinental Cup, and finished his rookie World Cup season ranked as the best in the US.

(Crazy, we know.) Matt had a great year, and finished the season ranked 1st in the US, and 8th in the world.  Matt hopes to compete in the Olympics next year in Vancouver. Good luck, Matt!!
